MASSKARA SOUR

INGREDIENTS

50ml Don Papa Masskara
10ml Lemon juice
10ml Ginger Syrup
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
1 Twist of Freshly Cracked Pepper

 

METHOD

In a shaker without ice, shake the Masskara, Egg White, Lemon juice, and Ginger Syrup until blended. Add ice to the shaker and shake until frosty. Double strain into a glass and add 2 dashes of Orange Bitters and Freshly Cracked Pepper.
