INGREDIENTS
30ml Don Papa Masskara
10ml Lime/Calamansi Juice
60ml Champagne/Prosecco
Ginger Beer Top
Lime Wheel and Ginger Sphere
METHOD
Add Don Papa Masskara, calamansi/lime juice and bubbles to a wine glass with ice. Top with ginger beer and lightly stir. Garnish with a lime wheel and ginger sphere on a cocktail skewer.
